is that what always happens? I recently bought Noka Lumia 800 but apparently Zune software does not support mkv files Rolling Eyes Rolling Eyes

can someone tell why I lose subs when I try to convert from mkv to wmv, or mp4 that zune supports?

is there a way to fix it or sol?

I have tried two different software and same thing happened. Is there a software that retains the subs? ty
