To repair weapons you need a repair kit, open the inventory menu (It looks like a black lockpick box.) and right click on it and then click on the item to repair, they're not too common but do drop on occasion, I tend to explore the surrounding and sewer area (And theater.) pretty thoroughly before heading into the city so I was level 7 and had some of those by then.
I don't remember much about the game but I remember the core aspects pretty well, about to head into the first tomb and then the game will open up a bit more though there's still a specific order to do the main quest in as exploring usually kills you due to random higher level encounters if you wander off.
(Thus I set combat and encounter difficulty to low.)

The original dungeon lords CE edition was absolutely the best co-op experience i had in my entire life.
It was a blast!
Best coop rpg ever made.

I guess if I was as sadistic as some of you guys are, I would play co-op. But considering I would like my friends to stay my friends then co-op is out of the question with this game.

The forum was more entertaining than the game
Still I enjoyed it for how bad it was!

Oh dear... I liked this game. Actually it's more like I wanted to like this game but hmm, it's just not very good, hehe.

It seems that Dung Lords has finally made its way to Steam. And with multiplayer, no less.

Yup! An "upgraded" MMXII that's what Steam Edition is. I would have preferred the CE or Wizards and Warriors.

I think this is the third upgrade for this game.

I actually managed to finish two times CE. Would love to see that version on GOG. It had some nice ideas that got lost when MMXII came out and from what i read they are not present in the Steam Edition either.
