Programmers and devs as of late are really, REALLY retarded. Not being able to know there's no difference between start and launch (there is a tinsy one on mobile devices tho).
Also, it happens, not rarely that you give your best to provide accurate descriptions and directions towards reproducing a bug and there's some french or italian guy on the other end completely butchering the English language. Indian devs are the worst, while Ruskies and Americans/Canadian(English speaking canadians) are the best to work with.
