Apparently there are some kids where I live who have made it their personal game to hurt cats. Last they took one and smashed it with a baseball bat, and broke all its four legs, while it was still alive.
If there's something that really gets me furious, it's people who attack animals - and especially fucking children! (I really, do not like children).
Any way, supposedly their parents have been encouraging them, I spoke to this place where I work (ideally over the summer, working with abandoned cats), their parents give them pieces of meat with rat poison on, so the cats will eat them and die (and place them out everywhere in the neighbourhood).
It's a muncipality owned rental apartment district, with many ethnicities - and pretty many cats.
We have our own little cute furball - and use to let her out, but what the fuck? Apparently the muncipality don't care, "since they don't allow cats to run around free any way".
And the police? Well - they prefer to chase people who drive late in the night, or pour out beer for those who party outside.
I'm pissed off now. :/
What the hell do you do about this?

Can't imagine something like that could happen around here.
If someone beat a cat with a baseball bat, the police would make pretty damn sure that this won't happen again,
maybe it would also cost that morons some bucks.

god i cant stand people who hurt animals either... i don't know where you live but if you have solid proof, DO call the police or the humane society... both can charge the people

Heh, the cat home I work in called them... the cops told them that the cats are a "sanitary situation", or some shit... and "keep them inside".
The police are about as helpful here as the retarded cousin of the Marx brothers.

grow out of mutilating cats? I never hurt animals man...and no one I know has...thats just fucked up if u cant hurt a cat or a dog...and most kids that do turn out to be the BTK guy |

Holy fuck, I'm against it and all... but if someone does that to his cat, I would never say "I HOPE THIS FUCK GETS THE SAME THINGGGGG!!!!!!!" or shit like that.
It's bad - yes. But sometimes it's getting over the top, this animal rights thing.
There was a guy, who killed a dog. The dog attacked him in a park (No clue where the owner was), and he hit it a couple of times. Hit it pretty badly.
Anyways, he killed it. Self-defence.
After that he was 'sued' by some 'PRO-ANIMAL' society and of course, he won.
The people were like WTFFFFFFF? They were going crazy! "How can a dogkiller be innocent?!". I was WTFed, crazy people, damn Green-piece.
It's a little offtopic but still...
It's bad to do this, the police should really fine those 'children', but this "I HOPE HIS PARENTS GET THE SAME" and "I HOPE HE WILL GET THE SAME!" is over the top.

same ere, hate when people hurt animals or kill them... once i had a science lesson, we were supposed to watch a film about volcanos and the teacher put the wrong tape and went sumwhere, and that tape was about some ppl who investigated a secret experiments with animals (somewhere in scotland) one guy had a hidden camera and went there and omg, they did some awful things with animals like they showed one monkey with a metal things (nails?) in its skull and that was awful (they were testing new pain releavers(not sure about the spelling)) also they showed some other animals and it was awful...

you live in Varberga?, i think i went there last year for a few days, im not sure is that a same place, it is by the sea, and there are a big castle/fort, a nudist beach and a place called bongos (you can play bowling and watch "tv" there) and the guy who works there duz muy-thai... is taht the same place??

yes, animals you eat gets shaved, chopped into pieces, grinded into powders, grilled and packaged. It's like the difference between kill someone, and kill someone then eat his meat.

We are on the exact same page on that issue...
When reading that, it makes so fucking mad, i´d really, REALLY like to meet those retarded, cocksucking kids. And yes, smash their faces in.
"Yeah, you´re much better, you want to beat up the kids", yeah, but you can´t "talk" away everything, some things need to be forced. I think they need some beating up themselves, to open their fucked up eyes. It just disgusts me that they even came up with the idea. I could NEVER EVER hurt a cat, much less with a FUCKING BAT.

LOL..have you been in a packing house? Ive been in many. (Mostly beef).
Did you know the animals are stunned before there killed. A bolt gets blown through there brain, so its kinda like an instant death. Very little pain except for the initial.

Here's the scenario:
1. You see the butcher beat/abuse the cow physically = you don't buy from that butcher AND you report him.
2. Companies that do it on a larger scale try to make it as "humane" as possible, of course there are animals that suffer, but is it done with purpose? I doubt it, and any individual who hurts animals, regardless of whether he works at a meat farm, or whatever is a fucking imbicile.
3. ANYONE who has the explicit INTENT to cause an animal unnecessary suffering is a fucking dipshit. See the difference?
I hope dearly that the steak I eat isn't a creature that has been abused or ill-handled, but if it is - I didn't abuse it, mishandle it, or hurt it. I hate that behavior.
No one should have to suffer, no one.
