Refunded my 50€ Russian version from steam (I'm from Estonia) and got it for 28€ from GMG instead..

Ok but how do you know that the retail version is also language locked? We only know that from the steam version. Or am I missing some information?

We don't know for sure, the retail one may end up fine, but given the heavy restrictions on the Steam release... it's looking more and more likely.

Right, let's send them hugs and kisses. First they made this whole ridiculous mess with region locks and it took them several days to start using their brains and suddenly they're fucking heroes.

I don't get it.... steam says 3 days 10 hours left until it's unlocked. Is there a different version that you can already play? (except the ISODEMO)

Just like Hijacker said, the NA release is tomorrow (18th) and the EU release is the 20th (though I've seen 21st in some places)
