not untile there is sdk version included in torrents.
You have to either have tf2 installed from steam or any hl2 games.
or jusd sdk itself

What's the problem? Just download tf2 free for all and sdk is included iirc...

He's talking about the Digital Zone Half Life 2 standalone released several years ago. There is a way to play with certain mods with that release. I have it myself somewhere.

Get Half Life 2 Episode 2 Digitalzone release. Its on pirateb*y. Approx 2.2gb. Steam is not required.

after you install the game and apperas on steam, it tells you to download source sdk 4gb if you dont have a game installed
