Personally i think there should be a rule, if they "promise" the voters something, but then they suddenly change their PoV on that very subject, their vote for it should be denied due them not keeping their "promise".
And yes, i still call it a promise, it's what they want and we vote for them because we want that too.

Promises and "principal" ideas are only valid untill the end of a campaign. Now after the voting, everything goes. I laughed when Rutte immediately congratulated Samsom with his excellent performance, a clear "come be my firend now" signal towards the PvdA. They were at each other's throat, now they'll be the best of friends.
Sometimes I think the USA bi-party system is better than this "we hate you, but we'll work with you since we need a coalition" bullshit system. Before you know it, it explodes.
A PvdA/VVD coalition is inevitable. I really do not like Rutte though, he is not an honest person imo. He'd do anything to get his way.
Don't get it tho how they can work together, they both have quite different agendas.

The only other possibility is the last coalition you posted, but I do not see CDA working with the others. They'd be in the middle of the "socialist pigs" so to say
