Kill List (2011) - 1/10

Slow, incoherent, convoluted mess of a movie. The basic plot never really went anywhere, and they don't give you enough clues to figure out what the hell the ending was about. It's one of those films that thinks it's cool for making no fucking sense whatsoever.

+1.

I thought I just misunderstood or something. I guess not.

You guys are just too dumb to understand it properly alololol Devil Troll

I thought they were trying to pull out something like the Wicker Man + some nasty graphic violence + a couple of unpredictable "twists" (especially the last one, that one was easy to see that it was coming).
But I also didn't quite understand what was the specific goal of the "bad guys", and there definitely were some dumb decisions made, character wise.

Still, I liked the atmosphere that the movie created, especially on those last 25-30 minutes and the actors were pretty decent, especially the two guys.

Prometheus - 2/10

Cliche based movie, nothing interesting here.

I think I watched the whole movie 3-4 months ago when the trailer was released because to be honest this movie has nothing to offer.

And as I saw, Ridley Scott is producing a new Blade Runner movie, hopefully it wont be as bad as Prometheus ( Prometheus 2 has been announced too )

Blade Runner was superb.

Men in Black 3 - 7/10 - I like these types of movies, so it had a lot of potential. Sadly it was just decent, nothing more.

Apparently the two guys directing the first two decided to go on with one movie each on their own so that was really REC 3.1. Very Happy
All this according to the spill.com guys, IIRC.

Hunger Games.

Promising start but it soon turned into a predictable teen flick by the mid break. 4/10

Oh you should ixi its awesome, it builds on the first one's premise in a intuitive fashion with plenty of homages to video gaming and old school horror Very Happy

Saw Fight Club for the first time this weekend. 7/10.

Wasn't what I expected but that is positive, thought it was some lame Mortal Kombat movie.

Today I'm gonna watch Chernobyl Diaries.

Hater is such a simplistic term. This movie has big flaws and is far inferior compared to the first REC.

REC 2 was so good that it got a 69% rating on RT. Compared to the 96% of the first REC Laughing

Watch it ixi, if you want more of the same, but with obvious flaws and a weaker script.

Oh btw, my brother loved rec². Did I also mention that he loved skyline. And he thinks that Grid is a racing simulation. And he asked me what the fun is in games, if you don't win all the time. Go ahead, enjoy REC². My brother approves Cool Face

Red Light 5/10

I don't get the last 5 minutes of this movie and it feels like the ending is just...made by cutting holes into the plot

Rec 3 was an abomination to the first and the second, first of all contrary to the series' trademark they ruin the camera perspective even when establishing the proper means to actually film it in a shaky view´in the first act. Second of all when on earth did the series turn into a comedy/horror film, wtf?
