If I buy Borderlands 2 from Greenmangaming can I play it earlier than 21 with vpn?
And can I use it through my legit steam account?

It depends on when they send out your key. I'm from the EU and with Deus Ex: HR I got the key a few days before the US release date and had no problem unlocking via vpn.
On the other hand I only got the key for the Civ5 expansion a few hours after the EU release date.
If you get the key on the US date you'll have no problem unlocking via vpn.
Afaik no one has been banned for just unlocking games via vpn, just don't buy stuff on steam while connected via vpn!
Everytime I -try to- watch videos like this I feel a shiver through my spine..playing first person shooters with a gamepad is so unnatural and..painful. This guy is lucky that hitboxes are bigger than a house otherwise he'd get his ass kicked in no time
It's not region locked, we know that much for sure, but there's TWO different appid's for the game -- a parent for ROW versions and a child specifically for RU territories. This most likely means RU copies can only play with other RU owners.

They can put different exe or dll in Russian version since it has different appid and make it Russian language only.
2K Games did the same thing with Russian duke nukem forever, it has a different appid with different game content and doesn't have a language tab in game properties.

Do the "Kill Skills" stack? Or are you only going to be able to equip a certain number of them?

TY Sinsarmor. Got my favorite build ready and it's pretty much the same as in the first game. Can't wait for the DLC to raise the lvl cap
@Immunity Looks like you can pick whichever Kill Skills you want and they will work as intended, just as in the first game except I don't remember them being called Kill Skills.
Heh, did builds for all four to lvl 50 with coop in mind
Zero seems to be most versatile, as it has sniper, guns and melee trees. Also every hero needed the use of 2 trees in my builds, with exception of Maya needing all 3.
Gun typea are not that set either than on previous one, but Zero has sniper rifles, Axton non-elemental assault rifles and rockets, Maya all elemental guns and Salvador pistols and any other gun except rocket launchers.
First I played with friends like that and it keps deviding the loot easy. Also Salvador is health tank, Axton shield tank, Maya medic (bit of both) and Zero lone wolf (bit of both too). Again helps to divide shield loot too, but I'm sure there's still the that will me mine! (even if it's not useful to me)
