Fifa definitely won, there's no doubt about that (for me at least), but the road to the perfect simulation is still incredibly long. Maybe the next generation of consoles will bring us some real innovations, we really need them.

FIFA 12 was really good imho. I've been playing footie games since match day on the speccy 48 and came to FIFA after PES 2008..some of the things that kids want in these games now are borderline stupid..football isnt an aircraft or any other machine which can easily be simulated..I'm not sure i want a true football simulator i think it would take away the essence of video game
Where is the cheapest and safest place to buy FIFA 13 ?
From what i saw after a quick research all of the popular sites for game keys are selling the game quit expensive. G2play, intkeys and others are asking for ~ 40 Euro for the game, and that is way too much, i can get it from a local retail shop for 35 Euro, but i dont like the cover and i also want to get it from somewhere cheaper.
I'm still waiting what will gamekeystore and direct2play offer ...
Last year FIFA 12 could be bought for ~ 20 Euro (not Russian), so now im quite surprised from those big numbers that all stores are asking for it.

The cheapest I've seen so far is $38 @ Origin Store Mexico (you can buy using VPN or mexican proxy).

, it's really hard to spot the new features until the demo comes out. Defenders seem better positioned than before though, it's a start.
Though I fear that this year will be like the last one, some weeks of fun and then the uninstall button
