Nobody buys that crap anymore so they are giving it away? I mean they did the same thing in Croatia 6 months ago, they were giving away very small cans, like 200ml, in the city. And before that I believe they had a giveaway at the Jarun lake, I was driving my bike and some girls were stopping you and pushing cans up your armpits.

While I hate Coca Cola (too sweet), I liked when they were giving away cold cans of Fanta in one shopping mall
I know it's the same unhealthy shit, but hey, it's free so who gives a damn xD
