I personally hate VSYNC, it makes insane input lag, even game would be running at 60fps (fps games atleast).

I havent played it more than 1-2 hours so far...but how come when I enter pvp areas I get other equipment and skills? What kind of sorcery is this!?
shitloads of new stuff in my pc. Cant keep track of it all.

You get scaled up to max with all skills and traits in the mists. Check the vendors and spend your trait points before doing anything. WvW you get scaled to 80 as well but only with the trait points you have from pve.

Cos it not the way I like pvp. I like the fact that you can end up against a higher or a lower level character a'la DAoC.

Game's good. Company behind it proven to be less competent than I thought they would be. They used to be very competent back in the Guild Wars 1. Launches of Guild Wars 1 were pretty flawless. But GW2 on the other hand currently suffers from number of issues, to name a few: connectivity issues in Europe, one week maintenance of quite integral part part of the game - Trading Post (Auction house), bugged dynamic events in later areas, WvW lags, guild features, playing with friends in highly populated areas.
Today they banned massive amount of players for buying level 60 weapons for less karma than was intended. Some bans are 72 hours, some are permanent. I was too affected by this, because I bought full set of weapons for my guardian. I knew what I did was shady, but banning players that make use of discounted weapon vendor is ridiculous. This Arenanet's stunt left a rather bitter taste in my mouth. I don't think this I deserved a ban, rather account rollback, items removed or something, but I don't feel like I exploited anything that would warrant a ban.

Taking advantage of a clear exploit is and always has been a banable offence in most MMORPG's.
It's just AreaNet are actually enforcing it as they're not relying on monthly subs. And a good thing too. Ruining the economy this early on would spell doom for the game before it had even got off the ground.
Don't cheat. It's not a particularly difficult concept.

It's retarded that they temp ban people for a mistake with a vendor for leveling gear being sold cheaper then intended...
