really sucks that 3dm crack cant unlock dlc
you get not only costumes and stuff, I believe the triad and enforcer pack also contain a handful of side missions
I wonder if its ever propered, and if the save games will still be compatible then

The problem is that the settings have a life of their own. They're changing randomly as soon as you change the others.
Meaning:
You switch AA to normal and go one option lower and make your pick. Then you go down to the third option and "bam", the AA setting switches to something else randomly. No matter what you do, settings won't stick. Saving doesn't work either for us so your magic trick doesn't help at all.
And yes, it looked like an accusation to me too. Like we're stupid or something. Just saying.

Hey, all I'm doing is pointing out the way it looked to ME. If it looked that way to me, odds are it looked that way to someone else too because it sounded to me like you doubted his word when he said he was running legit  I'm running legit (look on Steam to see the proof ) and I'm telling you; the options don't save for me either. I haven't tried demde's fix yet, but either way.. the 1.4(?) patch hasn't fixed the issue on its own. |

as has been pointed out a couple of times sausage, this does not work sometimes. Sorry for misinterpreting also, but seems it wasnt just me who took what you said the wrong way.
the fix that was posted, sabin, did. Although prior to using the fix i had one crash for no reason, and one crash afterwards. is anyone else getting this?

Not saying that you are stupid, but that COULD had been the case?
There are MANY people on the internet that CLAIM they know all about this, but eventually are retarded shitfaces.
That's the last thing i'm saying about it, written words can be read as different things if not worded properly. Deal with it.
Anyway, that what you are telling doesn't happen to me, not at all here.
For me it just resetted after pressing yes on the second popup, nothing more, nothing less.
Might be some nvidia hocus pocus going on with that error?

Don't know and don't care anymore. Did via .xml editing, worked fine, finished the game and moved on

Well I got a crash doing my first side mission of driving around and taking photos of landmarks. Don't know if crack related or not cause even people with legit versions get crashes.

I've probably clocked in over 15 hours of playtime by now using the pirated version and had only a single crash so far. It's all random. But nothing like constant crashes every few minutes, for instance.

You need to press A when any of the sections is in the green phase. Pretty stupid, seeing as how the pop-ups are for mouse controls.

Welp. 22 hours and I'm done with it.
Finished the story, all cases, all favors, found all health shrines, all statues and all cameras.
Here's what I don't have. All clothes (though I can't be missing much), quite a number of lockboxes, most races and jobs. I have bought one car so there's still stuff to do.
And - which annoys me greatly - about half a level of triad xp to level 10. (Not even sure how I'm supposed to get that. I guess I could replay all story missions with the +15% triad xp clothes... )
edit:
one thing I think I noticed is after either the 1.3 or 1.4 patch my performance went down quite a bit. But not enough to make it noticeable/annoying unless there were like a bunch of race cars on the screen.
