damn this game is way too repetitive... unistalled after 4-5 hours of gameplay. It reminds me first Dead Space...

Finished the game tonight. ~22-23 hours of gameplay. But the overall feeling is that this game was made just to be there, nothing special in the story, no twists, no nothing. And the ending sucks. They promised more details. The feeling after the end is that the third game will continue where the first left off, with the four Horsemen riding together.

if you're talking about the champion you need to beat to be granted an audience with the King of Bones, I beat him last night and I'm positive I'm not even halfway into the game

I just got back from vacation, beside the fact my ups broke (thank you APC!) and had to find some way to connect all the three thousand power cords somewhere, i immediately downloaded this game and fell in love. Can't wait to get back from work to play it some more.
I've read somewhere in this thread (but can't seem to find it anymore) that someone managed to get rid of the extra gold you get by selling the dlc stuff, using a talent respec or something. Anyone knows how to do it?

killed some mini boss, 1st possesed weapon dropped. checked it, sacrificed few items, deceided that it wasnt worth. reloading the save = no boss, no possesed weapon in inv.

Yeah it seems to me that possessed weapons are generally not worth it. Most of the times it's just better to make money selling your loot. However there are some particular cases where you can get a beast upgraded possessed weapon feeding it with loot with the right attributes.

My current possessed weapon is of much better quality than anything I can buy (I stopped playing when I reached the second map). The bonuses are what matters, those can be very strong when a weapon is fully upgraded. I personally have no need of gold since I sell anything above 3500 now and sacrifice everything else. There's not much to buy in the game since drops are very powerful when you take the time to explore.

The only benefit of the possessed weapons is that you can customize them a bit (you're still very restricted by the randomness of options given to you). But you'll find legendaries that are way better (mostly because of their specials) eventually.

well, finished it @ 21 hrs, with most of the sidequests done, but some large ones still left, like
the labyrinth.
overall, without sidequests, the game can easily be finished in 17-18 hrs, so deelix was right about the inflated gametime, especially since

nevertheless, great game, need more zelda clones!

The whole interface is fucked up if you're using mouse+kb. The game itself plays with it with no problems. My suggestion: try iso demo and then decide.

Wow, that's really some nasty bug. I happen to be very lucky with this kind of shit in games (as in not happening to me) but I keep making backup of my saves anyway.
