Seems to be that the TB stick is completly hacked by Duplex:
Max.Payne.3.Eboot.Patch.READNFO.PS3-DUPLEX

no, unless they have 3.60+ keys, which they don't (or they wouldn't bother cracking TB eboots)

Right now DUPLEX are just going to be stripping the DRM from TB EBOOTs, which will bring a huge amount of games to everyone - just like when the 3.60 keys leaked.

TB is already dead since 3.6 keys + cex2dex is out - thats why duplex releases those non drm patches now

obviously they are not going to keep releasing titles, atleast not in the same matter anymore but maybe with a new protection scheme.
applauding the death of tb may be selfish, but so is supporting them.
having to pay for a drm device in order to pirate games is simply unacceptable for me and i am glad this has happened, for almost a year i had to abstain from playing the newest games on ps3 and it was worth it.

OK guys I'm way out of the loop its been a long time since I did anything with my PS3 which is on rebug v2 ( I think ) so my question is can I now play Resistance 3 now or not and what do I need to do if I can?

Yes you can. Just install the latest 1.05 patch and decrypt it with 3.60 keys

I read that Journey demo comes with 3.7 and it's full game someone just need to unlock it

Off the top of my head I would say check out Shadows of the Damned, Catherine, Resistance 3, Peace Walker, and Downpour. Also if you haven't played Uncharted 3, the post 3.55 patches now work which makes the single player campaign a much more enjoyable experience.

Hmmz.... according to the guys at PS3ISO, "Journey" is now working on DEX units.

Journey only runs as a demo on a dex 4+firmware..

The problem as I posted before is the game needs functions from 3.60 SDK and thus fail.

It's one thing to crack TB's DRM and release all their EBOOTs unprotected, that's awesome and everyone loves everyone for doing it, but now what? You think TB are going to continue releasing titles?
