EDIT: Yep, got the cd-key now from THQ store, 25$ or what it was that made me use them.
EDIT: 14 DLC are available (Though needs a crack to unlock of course.) and there's a day-1 update too.

Yeah it's just in the readme, I've played a bit and it's more or less like the first game technically, game starts and you see the introduction and start area and then you can exit to the main menu to adjust the options (Identical to the ones on the previous page.) so it's pretty basic but fully functional, has some config files as well but those can't be altered just by text editing.

So what graphical setting options to expect? I never played the first one on the PC. Does this one have V-sync issues too? Is the frame rate capped to 30fps?

There's no framerate cap, basically you get a resolution option.
