Alright, Final Fantasy (all of them) and GTA San Andreas (only GTA game that I couldn't finish, and I love the franchise).
It's not the gameplay that I dislike in these games, it's the rest (style/characters/atmosphere). I mentioned FF but I could have chosen any other famous jRPG around. 
I could also add ME2-3 and Oblivion, without mentioning most of the streamlined crap/franchises that couch gamers seem to love, but the list would be infinite.
edit: that list includes the 99,9% of the MMOs available.

Witcher 1 - Cant really get into it, no matter how hard i try. Witcher 2 in the other hand is awesome.
Halo (all of them) - I love FPS games, hell even completed the newest el´cheapo Soldier Of Fortune. But these i cant stand.
Fallout 3 and New Vegas - Loved 1&2, but these are pure shit tbh.
S.T.A.L.K.E.R - Probably the most hyped game ever.
Mass Effect 3 - Loved 1&2 , but wtf seriously. I cant even play this game longer than 10 mins at one run.
And now time for what i like and seems that everyone hates. Every Call Of Duty game, dunno but i just love the SP campaigns of these. Multiplayer in the other hand is pure derpness.

Really? I think the large number of RPGs mentioned by people suggests that most of the posts here are by RPG fans who hate a few games in the genre.
I know I'm a lot more opinionated about RPGs than I am about third-person shooters.

Traditionally RPG games have a roll playing aspect. Certain games mentioned here clearly have that, so that would suggest a dislike of the RPG genre. But I am not here to debate people's cup of tea.

assasins creed franchise- worst games eveeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeer
The first one was kinda nice because pacouring was new and gfx top notch but it still was kinda boring because of the repetetive missions.
The sequels are all tooo easy
you go and in a matter of couple clicks all enemies are dead
missions are repetetive
The story aint that interesting
Its only a little shiny and thats why people fall for it

Well now that Neon clarified that it's not only about games you hate but also games you just dislike or don't care for, I can put out a short list:
All Command and Conquer games (with their ridiculous scenarios).
Saints Row, the whole series of games.
All Diablo games ( and that style of game in general).
World of Warcraft.
Super Meat Boy.
