If that thing was in my room, I could not sleep and I just would grab it in a towel or something and throw it out of the window!

I've been wondering about that too, I've seen two of them this year .. but they always flew away before I managed to snap a photo and could find nothing online that would match the description.

I remember something i saw.... a horse had an infected eye or something, a minor infection, but some bugs said HEY its soft... its dead... lets lay eggs and the fucking documentary showed how the eye was full of larvae feeding on the pus and stuff.. UGGGHHHH ever since i saw that i HATE any bugs can lay eggs in hosts.

So everytime i have a lil injury or something i cover myself completely and alcohol, vaseline, cream whatever i can to isolate the wound...

But in ur case..... i think that huge sting wont be stopped by such small stuff.... sleep well my friend.... always check ur crevices for any larvae...

One of those fuckers, or at least something that looks extremely similar managed to sting me about two weeks. It was while I was drying off at the public pool. Felt a sting but didn't think much of it, then a minute later saw him crawling on my belly. Didn't put the two together until the next day. Just had small, itchy pimple for over a week. Nothing has crawled out of me, yet.
