I got strep throat with high fever as a side dish last month during high heats -.-" That sucked. Plus I had exams to pass, so that was not cool at all...
Rest and drink loads of fluids, that will help

I wish people would stop saying they got the cold or the flu cause of the wind or the hot and cold differences and stuff. Knock on wood I haven't been sick much or at all this year. I credit that to my strict anti social behaviors outside of work! Hurray!!!!
