I suppose if I posted a comment in every thread I would know that....
Most of the time I come here to get information and read up on stuff.
I have been here a decade but my post count doesn't show it.
To your advice, I have removed the link but a simple google search lead me right to the answer which is what all the person that asked the question had to do in the first place. When in doubt ask google.
I'm trying to think what we did before we cheated and asked google for information. Now that were spoiled with google, it takes all the fun out of looking for stuff.

With many of these games having been out over a year, it would be nice if some group rereleased these already patched. With the way things tend to go missing from usenet these days it would certainly help.

seems like Peace walker can't be played cause it's 3.70 PSN keys.. looks like regular 3.70s games can be patched though,

So far, most of the 3.7x games have been fixed.I'd like to see a Yakuza Dead Souls fix but I think it's not possible.

Other 3.70+ games were patched with the leaked keys because they were only requiring 3.60.
3.70 can't be decrypted, now if somebody can reverse TB eboot, so be it, but last I heard, only E3 were doing that.

Here's what happened for R3, while installing it frooze at Trophy part as its happening to install trophies so instead of deleting game data which again freezes the system i went ahead and deleted the game data from game folder and trophy data from trophy folder from /dev_hdd but then game wont boot so i did a install of patch 1.05 and then the game booted the game data got installed but now i see most of things in like dev mode ex.<TXT>Credits<TXT> and all others tags loading even the language seems weird the button says Weis...
So how can i install patch 1.02 again and install crack patch again ? Since i can't go back to patch 1.02 now

Patches are installed in game datas. Removing game datas should allow you to install the 1.02 patch again as if nothing happened.
Sounds like your issues are languages issues indeed, most likely using the EU eboot on the US rlz I guess. Sadly can't help you much more than that since I have the EU version.

Why isn't there more documentation for getting games to work via patches...
EDIT: Yep, no idea how to do this.. lol.
- Leeched update / Ended up with "EP9000-BCES01175_00-UNCHARTED3PATC12-A0112-V0100-PE.pkg"
- Ran PS3Tools v3.2.
- Clicked PKG decrypter / selected the update .pkg I downloaded / got an extracted folder out of it.
- Attempted to edit PARAM.SFO but PS3Tools is a pile of shit and nothing appeared to happen when I tried SFOTool -> SFOReader. And I even put PARAM.SFO into the PS3Tools folder. Still nothing.
- Downloaded PS3SFOEdit v0.8 / ran it / opened PARAM.SFO from the update folder.
- Opened the advanced options, saw 03.6000 / Wasn't sure what the fuck to write here. Do I write 3.55 or something like 03.5500 ???? I went with 03.5500 / Saved
--- SO LOST AFTER THIS ---
- Clicked the "scetool" dropdown, and picked "Decrypt + resign for" but I don't even know what the fuck I'm resigning for. 3.41? 3.55? It never says anything. I attempted to read the output but didn't know what it was talking about.
- Guess I got a new EBOOT.BIN out of it / Copied new EBOOT.BIN back into update folder overriting original EBOOT.BIN
Now what?
EDIT2: Fuck it, someone posted some files. ;p
EDIT3: Well, that didn't work for me either, lol. Dude said to run Official patch first, then run his fix, then run the game from MM. Did that, error code... /sigh. How the fuck can I possibly mess that up? ;p
