I think I'm gonna keep a separate savegam and just start killing everyone in every city/settlement.

So I need mods to make all NPCs non-essential and enable children obliteration. Also, totally disable respawning ... help me be a serial killer, guys.

Looks good. I hope they make changes to the installer. I'm not familiar with most of the options, I only want HD textures and sounds maybe some AA. I tried applying some shader and other eye candy but I only got more problems.

Morrowind, my favorite game that i will never complete because i always start modding it (or installing / tweaking mods / graphics for months) instead of playing the damn game. Sometimes i really love my xbox360 because i can't mess with anything Very Happy

Completed 3 times, twice modded. Started countless of times. Still love that world of Morrowind, with shady politics and no clear definition of good and evil. I mean, no faction in Morrowind is anything else but morally grey. House Hlaalu-subterfuge and assassination, great politicians. House Telvanni-slavers, but great mages and researchers, probably some of the best in the godamn Empire.House Redoran-probably the closest of an honorable house, but with no talent in politics, mainly a meritocracy.

Actually there is, though all my complete playthroughs took me quite a few months in which i never played anything else. Add to that a complete guide and you get the picture. It's a pain and the temptaion to abandon it is tremendous, and yet you get drawn back again and again...

So all it took was an added value to skyrim.ini to enable me to kill all NPCs and a mod to enable children killing. Also, a "no respawn" mod. And a blood/gore mod. And a mod to disable the spinning death animations.

Whiterun and several minor locations are already cleansed of any living presence (that I could find). Except one imperial guy who defended me against all the others in an inn. After I killed them all with his help, he sat back down and continued his drinking Laughing

I let that badass live.

Another funny thing was that I had Lydia helped me cleanse Whiterun, that bitch is obedient as fuck. Then I fusrodah'd her ass off the castle walls and stripped her.

Later I went back to Whiterun and it was a ghost-town, except a kid in the streets who I obliterated and some fag in the castle that had taken over as steward Laughing
He got put down like a dog.

I think I will cleanse the College next. Or maybe the thieves' guild !!!! YES !!

By toggling the ability to kill essential NPC's you do take a risk of breaking the game, some of the quests for example requires a NPC to die and then be resurrected which won't happen if he's actually dead and of course it's very easy to break the actual main quest this way, though some NPC are also set to be immortal instead of essential which means they can only be killed if a mod disabled this flag but I believe it's mostly just children and a few very important NPC whom are using this by default.

ORLY ? You mean eradicating any sign of life from Skyrim might break some quests ?

Of course I've kept a separate savegame to play the DLC when it's out Laughing

But for now, all shall perish. College of Winterhold + winterhold got pwnt, Faralda did some damage, rest were wimps. Dark Brotherhood + Dawnstar died supereasy. That old bag of bones Jarl Skald wimpered and begged for his life like a noob, how embarassing.

In the Thieves' Guild I got careless and almost got gangbanged by a mob headed by Brynjoff. That fucker heals himself instantly to full. A potion of extreme healing and some power attacks later, they all went down.

Hah well it's worth mentioning at least, there are some rather annoying NPC in the original game that I'd really like to get rid of too.
(Maven still being essential after the guild and other related - Frost for example - quests are complete, to name one NPC.)

Some others like the guy in Whiterun shouting to Talos are not essential, I guess Bethesda knew people wanted to kill him. Very Happy
(Whereas as usual kids are essential so the annoying brats of Dragonsreach are usually quite protected even after finishing the related quest.)

Is there a way to force skyrim to update?
I'm stuck with the cheap russian version and it's worked fine till now but now it doesn't automatically update itself anymore without using vpn.
Also when i set it to auto update with vpn and disconnect it won't continue the download. Bleh.
