I mean, I guess nuker groups check release to make sure it has the correct hashes, or such but who detailed is it? I mean who looks into the crack exe has no "malicious" stuff, or other related things or that the thing is tempered

ok, can someone point me to the post for the following
1. how and who picks up on a release ( i saw it a while ago, lost it and cant find it in a search )
2. the scene rules for releasing a game or app, i cant see it amongst the srr's i saw earlier ( unless its encoded in gibberish under some other rule set)
lame?, why no, my horse is fine thank you

As for question one, what do u mean? Who picks up the release or who initially releases it or who gets the nfo to nforce?
as for question 2, search the threads or google for the various rules for the different sections of the scene - pc game iso, pc game rip, divx, xvid etc |
