So it can be then because i have tripple buffering on, that i can be on 50 or so fps without dropping all the way down to 30?

Seems like i still learn new stuff every day 
Thought only framerate smoothing would act that way, and not vsync. Was always onvinced that vsync was only locked to your hertz and wasn't really possible to change on the fly.

It's good actually..Running on max setting, pretty smooth.
If you enjoyed playing Prototype 1, you probably will have fun with this as well.

Sounds like our typical console port 
Honestly I won't even try to play it with m/kb, since it's 100% designed for gamepads like the first one. As for the performance, JB has a similar rig (with the HD 7970 instead of the GTX680) and has said that for him the framerate is stable on 60fps. Maybe the game just needs new drivers

The two pre-order packs seem to be available, RADNet itself is also available once you get that access in the game, unsure about these other DLC (There's two primarily both packing some additional stuff for the game.) but I don't think they are available.
Haven't gotten that far into the game yet but from what I can tell the bonus skins and other unlocks provided by those DLC are not there.
