Decided to be a little productive and I use MiJ regularly so I made a new UI for this software. The software itself is amateurishly written but it's still offers what no other software offers so it was worth my time. I basically re coded the whole HTML & CSS. Removed lots of junk and unnecessary stuff (no ads whatsoever) so it'll be easier to modify in the future for update purposes.

For changing backgrounds go to misc/images/ and change the filename of the image you want as background to 'bg.jpg'. Future plan is adding an on-the-fly BG changer so it's really hassle-free.

Feel free to report any bugs wishes/suggestions.

A side note: It's recommended to not use 'sleep' mode with MiJ since it's causing sudden wake of the computer and then you get a BSOD. Solution: use Hibernate.

Current Version: 0.0.0002

Update log for 0.0.0002:

Themed Bluetooth Features List page
Supported Features List now works
Fixed some text fields and other small css fixes.

It's not just me in fact... some guy modified the exe and made it possible. You basically don't have to use the regular exe anymore, just the one supplied here and it loads straight into an offline version, no more of that online bullshit.

This is HYPE! Thanks outtanames, this is amazing and definitely needed Smile

~edit~

Well that was shocking Sad I get this when running your offline tool alongside v6

It only works alongside the full 0.71 install and I really don't want to keep that one because it's a broken piece of crap.. the forum is full of complaints about 0.7, such as BT not working or key assignments being messed up -- my own issues came from the 360 preset randomly turning itself off and none of the launch options sticking, such as close to tray or launch on startup. I'll give 0.7 (with your ace offline setup) for a couple of days and see what happens.

Thanks again!

I forgot to mention an important detail. You have to install 0.7.1001 and then copy paste my package to the installation folder.

I'm not surprised it doesn't work with v6. I think you should give it another try. Remove MiJ completely, all drivers, the software, absolutely everything ! Then, make a fresh install of 0.7.1001 and try my package. You only have to use the _Local.exe.

The funny part is, I ate shit with v6. Never worked properly for me. It's with 0.7 when I could finally start using this pos software at all.

Today, I'll try to complete all the config pages so stay tuned lol. Very Happy

Aye, I already figured to copy the app into the MiJ installed folder .. but I get ^^ that error and/or "Waiting for controller..." if I tried to run it with v6, installing v7 was the only way it worked. I'll keep it a few days, see if it works any better, but v7 gave me headaches only a short while ago.. heh.

Uh... I think I found a small bug... Laughing

Nice memory leak, lol. Usage goes up 12KB a second Neutral This isn't just your app though, I tried it with just the standard DS3 Tool and it does it there too. Blegh... toldya it was broken crap Sad I'm going back to v6, thanks anyway <3

I dunno, you gotta find out what's causing it. Try searching for motioninjoy and memory leak.. guess it might bring something up.

I don't, to be honest, I don't like v7 any way.. I told you about the issues it caused and as you can see on the forum, I'm far from the only one. I'd rather just stick to v6 that has no issues and doesn't have a memory leak. I don't know the cause and I don't know how to even begin looking; v6 works, v7 leaks. That's pretty much the start and end.
