Patch 1.3 is 33Mb and addresses input issues for keyboard/mouse and Xbox360 controller, while online stability and performance issues will be addressed with Patch 1.4. Patch 1.4 is due out before the end of the month.

For the menus?
Apparently not, I'm not at home at the moment and can't try but from what I've read you still have to select a resolution below native and then select back to the native resolution for that menu scaling error to stop.
(Still works OK here but the text and such can appear a bit blurry in the various menu screens and aspect ratio is off by a bit I assume.)

Anyone experience ubi servers not available or your pass is incorrect while trying to log in? Have this problem whole day. Guess they have problems with the servers or they just stopped my no crack method somehow.
Im pretty sure is their problem, but no harm to know if im the only one with this.

Probably something wrong on their side. I read several messages about it on another forum.

I just got "key banned" or something like that message. I bought the key on key selling site, maybe they banned some keys or...? I contacted support, waiting for answer now. I have a bill and all...maybe something else is wrong? Can they ban my key because i bought key from key site? Also, i dont cheat so that is out of question. Or maybe just another uplay bug?

I guess they're trying to filter out keys from certain regions if they're used in others as to ban those cheaper priced keys or such, I'm not sure how to explain it but I think you are correct about your suggestion on it.
The uPlay bug earlier was some glitch that made it so you couldn't log in, I don't know if the account server was down or maintenance or what it might have been but it's fixed now.
Unsure how they're detecting keys unless they have different regional differences between them or how to explain it, can't be completely random at least.
I guess you should be able to get a refund if it's a decent site you bought it from but I've never really used such a service so I am uncertain about how it works.

http://forums.ubi.com/showthread.php/700600-screw-console-gamers-it-s-the-PC-community-thats-keeping-GRFS-alive
I couldn't find the actual announcement post (Well I didn't look for it even as it's fully quoted in the above post.) anyway the above is a message from Ubisoft about the PC version of this game and title update (patch) 1.4 and what it will bring, plus some small extras.
EDIT: Ah there it is, seems the above message was missing the actual patch changelog.
http://forums.ubi.com/showthread.php/700405-Title-Update-1-4-and-Free-Exclusive-Content?s=5521ff27c7643b52869170ab48279262
EDIT: Might as well quote it, so overall the game should be ready in about one and a half - two months? Ha ha.

fuck this game. i FINALLY got around to installing it... the fuck? i cant disable 360 controller prompts, and i cant disable the 360 pads vibration (so it bounces around on the desk whenever i fire) and thus far im not enjoying the game enough to consider just shoving the controller down my pants.
lazy. mother. fucking. port! i REFUSE to unplug the controller just to get the fucking game to play like a fucking PC game when its being played on a MOTHER FUCKING PC.
shit should be standard to have a game display prompts according to whatever control setup it detects the player USING! and if THATS too fucking complicated to fucking program, then atleast have a fucking option in the fucking setup for me to disable the motherfucking controller, or vibration, or atleast set which fucking controller prompts are fucking displayed for fucks SAKE.
FUCK.

ive patched to 1.3, thats why i mad!
and if they havent fixed those issues by 1.3, i really dont think it'll be fixed in 1.4
I guess I'll just have to play the game with the controller down my pants; but I wont be happy about it.

I dont know, I patched this to 1.3, it took ages applying one patch after another and then I got greeted by the shitty 720p resolution and a horrible performance (20fps).
Either I did something wrong when applying the patches or Ubi still hasnt fixed that.
Gonna wait for 1.4 and then try again

Resolution scaling isn't properly fixed yet unfortunately.
(You have to set a resolution and then set it again every time you start the game or some such.)
Performance should be quite good with the latest update though.
(Might have to disable AO and GI first perhaps since those still hit performance very noticeably.)

If he just installed it and let auto-update, it should have been the June 28th(?) 1.2 patch.
Is that what you did Chiv? Or is this the iso-demo version? Regardless, I think someone linked the updated 1.2 patch here in this thread directly.
