4.1 Patch 1.1
List of changes

1. Fixed the issue in Online Multiplayer when some clients were disconnected from the session during the host migration.
2. FPS improved on low to medium end configurations.
3. Fixed some stability issues when user performs normal gameplay in the Online Multiplayer matches.
4. Voice chat now has proper quality for the PCs running Windows Vista.
5. Fixed the compatibility issue with the AMD Radeon HD 2000/3000 series.
6. In some rare cases players may become unable to navigate through game's menus. This is now fixed.

Using the latest fix from skidrow, pretty sure UAC was off, but will check.

Nope - no dice, UAC was off, tried it at reduced and default and still Yeto crash. How can work on a brand new user and not my admin user - very weird!?

And now it's downloading another patch v 1.2 (~32 MB). Mind Is Full Of Fuck

Ubisoft doesn't fuck around with this one. (Maybe this one disables the crack. Laughing )

EDIT: It disables the crack so don't download! At least for now. Wink

Anyway I reapplied the 'ubiorbitapi_r2_loader.dll' file and the game starts but now I suffer from lower performance and graphical errors.

Not that I cared much for this game anyway. Wink

It seems DX11 is now broken for me. Laughing

And they still haven't fixed that issue which makes the game set the lowest possible refresh rate available in a given display mode.

So I'm playing on my HDTV, which supports 24Hz mode in 1080p, and that means I'm completely screwed and locked to 24Hz (or even to 24fps when V-sync is enabled). Curiously enough, sometimes it works like it should and I get 60Hz. It's completely random. Laughing

Anyway, I guess it's still better than that Yeti error which luckily I haven't encountered yet.

Updates several core files but does not provide a changelog, adds some new files too, some hotfix I assume but a bit more than just a DRM update I would guess.

EDIT: But the game works just fine in offline mode still so it's not really that much of a improvement. Razz

this is getting weird now - latest patch installed, crack still works. I now get past the Yeti error but when the misison loads, the controls don't work!

how? I set offline mode, but it says I must activate game first and then I will be able to play in offline mode...

Use old exe for ubigamelauncher. Stop you internet to prevent it from updating. Once you reach log in screen connect to internet again. Then log online with existing account. Now you get your one time log in. Also click on remember me. Then choose offline mode and you are good to go. Next time you start launcher will update, but it will still work. (All files must me original)

Is anyone running on the latest patch with the game working? Now, when I play the game it won't save my control bindings, it reverts back to default, but even these keys don't work for moving the player?

Fully uninstalled, then reinstalled, patched and using "fix" crack, game loads fine, but still can't bind keys or move player. Even plugging in my 360 pad does work, player won't move.

Maybe the update has killed the crack - or is anyone on 1.2 (latest patch) and still working fine?

SLI is supported, check the sli profil on nvidia or check their forums but btw a simple GPU like a 680 or a 7970 is good enough (it seems to work with sli 680 but not 690 or these double gpu)
