Hey, TB, I feel bad for asking this on a video focused about Max Payne 3, but I was wondering if you would consider looking into the mod for Arma 2, DayZ. Arma 2 is at the top of Steams top games list because of the mod, and it is really, really interesting. It is in alpha, and it is a mod, but the idea behind it is really cool. I would love to hear your thoughts about it in a WTF is or in a mailbox if it's more convenient.

TB's pro skill multiplayer advice: take a semi automatic rifle (used mainly for sniping), use it in close quarters combat and say that the multi is awful.
Not only that, but instead of joining a ROOKIE Deathmatch or TDM (where people are restricted to level 4 or 5), he picks a NORMAL deathmatch (while being level 3) and is annoyed that he's being obliterated by guys with full body armor and level 30-40 weapons.
What a fucking dumb idiot, that's why the ROOKIE DEATHMATCH IS THERE.

Pretty typical these days though. Most truly good games underperform $ wise. It's not what the derps want. I thought MP3 would be pretty derp, but the storytelling/dialog and difficulty are a bit beyond what most derps expect.
Maybe if they hadn't spent a trigazillion dollars to "film" all these cutscenes in order to make it an interactive movie ...
I can't even imagine how much all this mocap and voice acting costs.
I doubt the ctuscenes were very expensive (they are engine rendered afterall), but are you trying to say they shouldn't have done the mocap and VA? Especially the animation work should e mandatory in all games after this.

i just try to stay away from such shitty over protective servers, even if i don't like certain weapons. i once saw a server where about 10 weapons aren't allowed, that's just absurd.
The title received excellent reviews and sold-in approximately 3 million units during its initial launch.

I'd like to thank this thread for helping me get rid of the Windows genuine nag. Didn't use Daz loader (have an compatible version) but a bit of further reading solved my woes.
reason why the game didn't sell well is because console kids don't know who max payne is.
If it wasn't max payne... especially max payne 3 (since they never played 1 or 2)
they could've just called it max payne and said it was a reboot. But nope... they fucked up because they made a console game only pc gamers would actually buy.
