I've got 2 wins of SMNC from back then, one group and one public, they're both still regular MNC.
Only the public one have been set to 'not received' by loko (so far). Maybe they really do leave groups alone for the most part.
edit: just refreshed my win-page right after posting this, and my public win have been removed from the list.

Are steam keys from India for games like Mafia 2, SR3, UT3, DNF, Alan Wake, Metro 2033, Prey, Civilization 5 etc etc region restricted? What if I create a giveway and the winner who gets the key gets a "region is restricted" message? What happens then? Using a VPN to activate it or is logging into their account from my place and activating the game also an option?
1 and 2 are still amazing.

Well that could work for our group (activation over VPN), but in general your are not allowed to submit region locked keys on steamgifts.

Yeah and therein lies the problem. Some games are region locked and some aren't and I have no idea which are which so what to do in this case?
