those gifs covered most of the "gameplay" that they showed. There was a little gunplay clip but it showed next to nothing. I swear half the vids I saw were lame "in-game" teasers that really showed nothing. I thought that new Ubisoft one (watch dogs?) was going to be the same but then they busted out a big gameplay demo so I de-raged.
I was disappointed in 1313. Then again, they'll probably show it at the next two E3's anyway so who gives a fuck?
Oh and as long as she doesn't talk I've always wanted to nail Aisha Tyler
Make a demo on high and pc play with shitty aiming on gamepad.

Didn't know Corusant has that many levels, if it's anything like the 'class levels' on the Titanic rats and mutants live on level 1 or level 2014, which ever is on the bottom.
I don't recall the underlevels ever having a numbering system like that, but then LucasArts retconning decades of established canon to suit their whims is hardly a new phenomenon. They stretch down at least 1km:
Damn this game looks really impressive, too bad its just another cover shooter
Its like we switched from fps gunsights to cover shooters as the 'thing' nowadays
I don't know, which is worse, to be honest. Cover shooting, I dare say is enjoyed only by the derpest of derps on this planet. But to be completely honest, 1313 seems like it has special moves in it, or seemed like that from the vidya. I'd say it'll have a bit more depth than most.
But I'm really tired of the SW universe already. Never liked it much, but nowadays even in games there are universes, that are so much more interesting, it's beyond words.
Graphically it already looks good, but Y U MAEK COVER SHOOTER
Because people buy that shit up. I for one stayed true to my ideals, and never bought a cover shooter in my life (unless you consider DX:HR a cover shooter, but then fuck you, anyway).
Hell... you never know, it might turn out to be another shocking sleeper hit like Binary Domain.
... yeah yeah, I know... naivety at work
From what I've seen, it seems better than most cover shooters. I've seen some skills being used in that video, I think. Story might be good - but the only reason I'm trying it out thus far is the gfx.
Why the hell are they making everything a cinematic cover shooter? WHY?! I'm so sick of this...
Told you already, because people buy it, then they like it, because they don't know anything else, then they generate a need for it, then even more is made, then they buy more of it. It's a vicious circle.
Star Wars is perfect for the "cinematic" style
Cover shooters aren't all bad and it I recall plenty of cover use in the original trilogy of films, bad guys shooting at you with lasers = hide behind something
What I'm tired of is games where you take a ton of bullets, what happened to the days where we used to have to avoid all that?
Gears of war had a hard difficulty mode where only a few bullets kill you
Any shooter, where you can hide behind cover, and can excel, while being stationary is by definition at its very hardest still a very easy game. GoW takes no skill, and neither does any cover shooter.
Cover shooter meaning the type of game where you press a button to dive into full cover whilst maintaining full vision and being able to "blind fire" with almost 100% accuracy.
Now, taking cover the hard way, like in the old days, that's a different story. CoJ still has the best of both worlds as far as I'm concerned.
