after too many "Server is too busy..." it starts at less than 1mb/s and im afraid to change the download region due to that server too busy xD

The fact that the game requires a crack at all is reason enough to make buying a key-only worthless. A Steam key is worth getting because you don't need cracks after that, but imagine MP3 getting constant updates and no scene groups cracking them -- your key will be useless then, despite the fact that you paid good money for it.

IMO buying a retail key-only is a worthless waste of money Neutral

"Rockstar Support" has confirmed on twitter that the game doesn't require the disc to be in the tray, only online activation with the key. Sounds to me like you don't need a crack at all if you own a legit key.
