graphics-whores are the cancer of these days, they always want crysis on every game and super models anywhere to justify their expensive pc's, lets hope sega dont ruins the gameplay experience, it's all i need.

I'm by far not a "Graphics-whore" and would like to see Crysis graphics in every game.
But upping the texture resolution by just abit isn't too much to ask now is it...

sure but it will not ruin the overall experience i think...it's a game in cell shading, with original gameplay, tell me where it can be ruined by a blurry lod texture...
Oh god no... Sega are "trying" to get the licenses for the full soundtrack, which sounds like it may not be possible. JSR without the full soundtrack is no JSR I ever want to play. Also it seems to have a 30fps cap - though I'm unsure whether that's just the 360 version or all SKUs, since GR only played it on the 360.
Please Sega, get the full soundtrack. If there's a 30fps cap, remove it.
That soon!? Oh fuck yeah, thanks RRX2! I knew at least one of the Ys titles was coming soon, due to the new publishing deal XSeed have, but I didn't realise it was both of them *and* and that quickly
~edit~
Urgh!! God damn it. I'll pass >_>

Ys: The Oath in Felghana is an action RPG driven by fast-paced combat and paired with an intricate puzzle-filled world, and an enhanced port for the PSP system garnered many accolades when published by XSEED in 2010. This Steam release is true to the original Japanese PC release from 2005, but with added Steamworks features such as Steam Achievements and Steam Cloud support. The game follows the ongoing adventures of series hero Adol Christin and his trusty companion Dogi.

The fuck? They couldn't even give us the enhanced PSP version, instead it's just a rehash of the buggy 2005 JP release with "cheevos!" enabled? No thanks. No, really, I mean it... no thanks. Keep it.
You say that as though there is just some single line of code that they can change to remove a framerate cap (fpslimit30=false or something). Jet Grind Radio's earliest source code is nearly 15 years old. That's an eternity ago. It's can be a job to get that kind of code behaving properly on modern hardware to begin with.
Game code that old was often developed with lots of hacky tricks and wonky workarounds. It wasn't always so straightforward. Memory handling and file formats were often complex and proprietary. Sometimes, games and their file formats were built with a per-frame (and a specific frame rate) basis in mind.
So, it's quite possible that this game has a deeply embedded frame rate cap. If possible, yeah, it'd be great to see it running even smoother, but it's not fair to assume that Sega is lazy, if they can't pull it off. And it's not like the game wasn't gorgeous at 30fps.

I'm so bitterly disappointed
What were you expecting? XSEED is strictly a translation house. They don't do platform-to-platform ports and never have. This is simply a translation of the existing (and original) PC version.
Also, in regards to w"e iz releesing old gaems 4 nu moniez": they're releasing an old game, in a new language, on a platform that language wasn't available on. It's not like this is a double-dip. They're not charging again, for something that was (legally) available before. You didn't have to buy the Japanese PC version, and you didn't have to buy the English PSP version. I don't have the PSP versions of these games, nor do I want them on PSP. This is exactly what I want: translations of the true, original PC versions. I would have thought that you would appreciate that, being a PC nazi and all.
I certainly want the PC version, over the PSP one.
what about shenmue HD thats been ready for a year? i wanna see it on PC!!!!!!!!!!
I would be able to die a happy man if I could get Shenmue 1+2 HD (and then Shenmue 3 ) on the PC. Emulating it is good, but none of the current emulators really do it justice - unlike PCSX2 vs PS2.
Done. Wrote on the phone. searched at home. edited post.
I mean seriously... there are like 20 well known songs from zombie. and only a handful have made their way into other media (games, movies, shows) And dragula is so overused it's a miracle any one who has heard of zombie and never heard of dragula. lol. Sorry.
used to be a huge zombie fan. Back in the day had a 5.1 around my bed and when i'd sleep i'd listen to zombie and the like, until a cable got lose and all i could hear was his voice at the corner of the bed and just got freaked out.
Yes Dragula is extremely overused but THANK FUCKING GOD the trailer had no derpstep
seriously im actually really surprised they used an old ass song instead of the usual derp
to get the memories going. obviously they forgot what drove jsr to the audiences it got. so using music from that era will get people excite again. Lol. I got excite.
$9.99 (€9.99 )!! Launches September 11th on PSN, then September 19th for XBLA/Steam. I'm unsure what the 8 day exclusivity is about, probably Sony's equivalent to Microsoft's "Summer of Arcade" promotion, but 8 days is acceptable to me Ten bucks to get one of the best DC titles out there, not only with a fresh lick of paint but also 99.9% of the worldwide audio tracks! Even the original game had a bunch of tracks that were exclusive to each region, now we get them all
I hope this sells enormously and shows Sega that the JSR fanclub is still very much alive, sending the message that YES! We want Future too! ^_^
Hmmm...it's already 19th..not on Steam yet...not even a Skidrow nor anything release..i wanna replay this SO BADLYYYYYYYY
