There isn't anything prevent a leak of the game data though or someone making a clone of the retail version, of course if it uses some activation method the crack could take some time and probably won't happen until the 1st.

Took them 8 days to crack L.A. Noire after official release and 5 days to do GTA 4 so I guess Rockstar doesn't do some easy mode protection that crackers can crack on the day of release.

DAMN ! GUYS!! GOOD NEWS!!! No waiting 1 month for my new processor I7 3770K 3.5. Yeah. My mother will loan me cash for this cpu and i will be have in 1 week this I7. I will give this cash back in 15 june , when i will be get cash from my work:)
