Definitely not as OP as the Plasma Gun in its first iteration. The first Brute I met with it didn't survive long against my Tech... granted, it was outside in the open, not within a crammed gen room, but yeah...  It's all a matter of skill.

raiders plasma gun isnt op. people already stoppe playing/using the class/weapon.
It initially was bugged ,yes, giving a far to big hit area on enemies, but once they fixed that, the weapon pretty much on par with the rest.

Juggernaut is pretty easy to make kills with so I continued with Pathfinder, which is a lot harder, but still very well possible 
When I'm the only one on screen (and not near a geyser) I get 60 fps vsync'd
