How exactly would your new machine make that much of a difference?
Was your old one that bad that you couldn't max out CS:S? Even if you couldn't you could just lower settings until you get suitable FPS.
Anyway, I would be up for it, just don't expect any leet skills, i'm ok, but out of pratice at the moment.

no.. on source if you have shadows on it is soooo much easier. source is shit neway and requires no skill, play 1.6 or cz

yes you can see shadows. for example when in a tunnel it can make all the difference between gettin the first shot in or not. especially when camping near a corner.
edit: how does the physics in CSS make it playable? tbh the physics are shite, the movement is shit. the only good thing IS the graphics / animations but again that just depends on G cards so is biased. Also with good machines you wont experience lag in big shootouts with grenades and barrels being blown everywhere.

I've went from 20 - 25 frames per second. To 90 - 150. The extra smoothness really makes a difference.
Sublime talking crap again. How is Source so none skilled based. As no skill is required you should be abled to come onto the server and show us how.

well it doesnt require skill because 1. the guns are uneven 2. shooting is sooooo easy, especially with guns like the deagle or any sniper rifle 3. I dont even have CSS installed nemore
edit: o and i said the same thing abt cod and i still kicked ur arse

it's true, the weapons in source are far more accurate then 1.6, especially the AK and deagle oh and all the sub machine guns....
