Thanks to Powergamer for posting a "bona fide" source. However, that still doesn't clear it up and if you read the thread there is much debate about it. I have some RU games on my account - they were not for use outside of Russia - but VPN and voila. That may be the only restriction. Just because there's an official announcement saying the are territorial restrictions does not mean they can't be bypassed but they are hardly gonna say use a VPN to register the game are they?
I could care less but I am now curious because that thread discusses Steam gifts and NOT yuplay keys. But the Runic guy seems to talking about keys rather than Steam gifts.
Edit - I had the "Game Not Available In Your Territory" message the Runic guy links to for most of the games keys I bought from yuplay. After VPN activation - no problem.

Played the beta up till a bit after the water elemental and took out a number of champions and bosses, really liked the game so I pre-ordered as well, cost around 19 - 20 USD if I remember correctly.
Nice game, looking forward to the release of the full version.

Had a kick ass time on Elite with my brother. Definitely getting this game. I love how champions/bosses have nice bits to them.

Actually - I missed the "not" out or rather the "n't" inadvertently, but you are right. Ironically I think it's a bit bizarre to apologize for pointing out the error. What's there to be sorry for?

It won't work, tolanri mate. I tried to do the same thing for Sho Fukamachi earlier, the key is tied to your account already. I loaned him my account instead.

You can change the mail address in your account to a temp mail address and give that away. That's what I did.
