Russian steam keys are a steal at 399 rubles on yuplay - however, it's unknown if they are region locked at the moment.

Sorry mate but that's just opinion and dunno where the 100% comes from? I said it's unknown and that's the fact. I posted what info I knew to be accurate because the Russian price was being discussed. I'm not trying to persuade anybody to go buy it from yuplay and not trying to undermine your 4 pack plan either.
I think it's important to try and help ppl with accurate info and the fact is - everything is NOT region locked these days, and in fact most isn't. Myself and other humpers have bought loads of stuff from yuplay and other sites after verifying region free. That includes some games where it has been possible to know this when pre-ordering. I have 5 Steam games bought in the last 9 months that were pre-ordered from yuplay. The rest were bought after release on verification that the games were region free.
The hysteria caused by the odd game here and there, like Skyrim, doesn't amount to "everything" being region locked. 
That said - if ppl get together for the US 4-pack in this case, then it's probably most suitable for more people who prefer to use paypal and the price is still excellent for this title.

Enjoyed the Demo quite a bit actually, nice time sink.. If anyone wants to go in on the 4 pack, let me know. I'm in the states, I could buy it, or go in on it..
