Played for aboout 1 hour this beta.
Man talk about being spoiled by another game.
I simply can't enjoy this without seeing how inferior it is, i mean the skills are somewhat more complex,it seems more fun in that respect for someone who wants that, but it doesnt have that special something that got me hooked on d3 for 2 nights.
The story wich is barely there,i mean nothing clicks in this game,its like they focused on the gameplay that they forgot the rest of the game
The artstyle is really uninspired,but that maybe my bias talking since i was awed while playing d3 .
Seems like a nice game,but a contender against diablo ? i don't think so.

for me Torchlight 2 have somehow more diabloish feel that D3 itself

Wow the gameplay is good. I've preordered a month or so ago and i tried the open weeekend beta...
And wow, i got more entertained than by Diablo 3. Soooo strange, especially since i hate the graphics and thought the first one was meh
No, we have no bears on the streets here in Russia.

Yeah it blew me away to be honest. The gameplay is so good. Being able to run around picking up EVERYTHING and just shift clicking it to my pet, sending him to sell, etc.
It feels like a better game than D3. Graphically I prefer D3 but that's about it so far

I just registered on their site a few days ago, and got full beta invite the following morning. Seems completely random.
Going to some mates' house for the evening in a bit, so if you wanna borrow my account until tomorrow afternoon-ish shoot me a PM  |

Is this confirmed? I've read somewhere that the closed beta will end June 1st, can't remember where I read it though, so grain of salt etc
