Good question. Anyone?
I'm almost done with Act II and there's no black dye.
edit: It seems that the "Abyssal Dye" is the black one, but it's about 14500g on AH.
Any of the guys who finished it can confirm that it sells at merchants too?

And they have to make sure it runs on older PC's as well so they don't lose many of their customers. But those blurry textures? Come on, at least give us an option for high-res textures. People were whining about the textures in RAGE, but nobody seems to give a damn here?
I get it: gameplay > graphics, but still there just no reason the textures should look like that... |
I consider myself a bit of graphics whore but i drool playing this game. It's NOT a technical achievement by any stretch of the imagination but the amazing artwork more than makes up for it.

Below is just the first paragraph.
"My companions have stopped following me. The map has suddenly blanked out. The dungeon doors aren’t opening. And despite my just having cleared out a two-storey dungeon for the second time, there hasn’t been a checkpoint in over a half an hour. If I quit out to fix it, the entire area map will be reset yet again (a previous quit to see if there was any way to raise the difficulty had already done this to me once, and is how I discovered the dungeon wasn’t checkpointing), so in total an hour’s play time lost, and, well, here’s the thing: Diablo III just isn’t brilliant enough to warrant this"

How is that a whine? He is just mentioning things that do not work. Is that not allowed? He is not using foul language, or exaggerating so how is that a whine ?

IMO he should write blizzard a letter thanking them for the opportunity to repeat content because the servers or his connection messed up. He gets to experience the bliss of playing an incredible, life altering Blizzard title over and over. Imagine a master chef making you re-eat the most delicious Cheesecake of the Year because his dessert servers messed up.
He should consider himself fortunate. Diablo 3 is so amazing.

Probably not.
They might had just unplugged the AC power plug to the main server while going out for a cofee break.

anyone have issues with us.battle.net website? Its like they lost their Domain name, cant resolve the hostname with 8.8.8.8 or 4.2.2.2. Cant even resolve just battle.net.
Edit: Weird blizzard.com, battle.net, diablo3.com all unresolvable. Their nameservers go down? Or is opendns and google dns trying to do them a favour by not resolving to reduce hammering.

So, did they take out the ability to do boss runs?
I killed the Butcher and decided I would try and kill him again. But he didn't respawn.
I went through and killed him again with a buddy that hadn't killed him yet.
Or, wonder if it is possible by selecting a quest portion a little behind where you meet the Butcher. i shall give that a try.
Resetting your quests to a point prior to the boss works.
Was just curious.

its not even resolving so they are either making dns changes (doesn't make sense since it doesnt resolve to old ip's) or their nameservers have been down beyond their DNS TLS times.
