I played quite a bit yesterday afternoon, before the "emergency maintenance" periods came and things became spotty. And still are to some extent, according to my niece, whom I play with. I dare not venture into the Blizzard forums and its hordes of vicious, ranty, whiny imps.
So are the Americas servers still unstable? I know most of you guys are Europeans, and those servers seem to be working just fine, but any info would be appreciated.

Been playing since 9AM EST and server are fine as of right now.
But I did get into 30 minute queue because "Diablo III Servers Are Full"
We will see what tonight brings |

Oh great, somehow half my achievements have not been registered (due to prolly achievement service being unstable?)...
Oh well, lucky this will all be nothing in a few days anyway

Requirements of this game is the same like Starcraft 2 or closest? I am asking that on my laptop i run Starcraft 2 on low details. So if these req. is almost the same maybe i install D3.
I'm using laptop , because i am waiting for cpu I7 3.4 for my pc.

Glad that my copy arrived today, so i have a smooth experience. Still not so motivated to play... i prefer lol atm. Good game though.

I've been following the CG and art development for some time. There's some great talent gone into the game, although the actual style in the finished game does look quite homogenized and lacks something. Disappointing, I suspect this is what happens when you have an Art directing overlord pushing the art team through the Blizzard sausage factory.
Regarding play two days in and play especially combat points loot, everything related to relaying player information, is dead slow, making single player really painful.
Hate to say it I had a better experience with Torchlight, it's sequel looks even better, considering the resources Blizzard have they should have done better than this.

This game has to be fucking cracked! There is no way this motherfucking hype game can only be played while being online and after paying dozens of fucking dollars!
Once again the hackers have been fucked brutally. Now how about every wealthy fucker (I mean developer) does that with his new game, then we are all fucked brutally for good.

The problem is every part of the single player experience, loot, leveling, pick ups, kills are all relayed through the Battlenet servers.

Which means there is no fucking way in hell this shit can be cracked in the next few weeks. Every item every dungeon shit is being routed through their fucking servers.
Maybe a fucking hacker can hack into Blizzards database and shit all the data out of it. Then create an emulator. That's the only fucking possibility to fucking crack this game or emulate it in the next few days or weeks. But that won't fucking happen of course.

If that is a means to the end of piracy, then yes we are truly fucked. Demos will become the norm for trying out new games and sales will probably increase.

This fucking hype game is just a regular good fucker game. Not the over the top fuck shit. But we fucking leechers wanna fuck it and can't and that sucks our cocks.
There are not many fucking games that couldn't be fucked in the first few months. Splinter Cell 3 took months and years and Bioshock I think was a fucking problematic dickhunter game and some Assassins Creed fuck shit (this game is bullshit anyway, typical every year shit fuck....).
