not 100% sure, but i think it costed me around 80k to upgrade it to level 4.

Servers will be down until 1:30 PDT or 4:30 EST or another 2 hours if you prefer according to the new update by Blizz. Thats fpr US , not sure about the rest. Time to go watch the latest Game Of Thrones episode and come back later
