Good stuff I like reading about tesla... But he was crazy and he couldn't manage to make ONE practical invention for its time that would make him atleast a bit of money so he get a better lab or proper food... Man with his brain power must have been able to invent ONE usefull thing for that time... Or sell it properly... Something!!!!
This tower in new York city that would theoretically power the world... How exactly would stuff receive this power? How come noone mentions this? How come to this day we have problem with wireless power transfer and need special cases and docks and things? And he just suddenly invented a perfect functioning tower with enough power to feed the whole world and automatically over come all the limitations that we deal with today? Give me a break

Well he made several practical inventions for the time (e.g. a usable AC generator) and he had enough money for most of his life. He died in poverty because he went senile and almost crazy at the old age, switching from science to metaphysics...
