Long story short, underestimated job assignments and left my job too late and then started other classes which left me with little time to study maths.
My college allows me to drop 1 paper and I have 2 left which are both maths.
The paper today which I studied for i.e Math-4 has been so royally screwed up by me that I have to pass Maths-2 on Thursday.

What topics do I study in this 2 day time-frame. What could be asked?
Any help is appreciated. If I fail both papers I lose my graduation degree so I'm really desperate for anything here.
I don't know integration/differentiation and the little I knew I've totally forgotten.

I need to get atleast 30/75 to pass.

The syllabus:

Here are some question papers to get an idea:

I just can't lose my degree over a maths paper. Thank you to anyone who can help!

1 and 2 are still amazing.

The math seems ok, not that hard. Don't really understand how you should write a paper on it?

I mean, the chain rule. I know a zillion applications of in in economics. Sets, you could write something on SQL query language. Triple integration is funky to calculate the volume of spheres etc. But you can just copy paste it all from wikipedia. etc.

Don't really understand what you mean by 'writing a paper on mathematics'. What level is this? High school, university undergrad, grad level? Are you an engineering student, languages, economics etc. ? Clarify and I might be able to help Wink

By writing a paper I mean answering the above questions as shown in those question papers live in a classroom in a controlled environment with teachers invigilating. This is not a multiple choice test. We get the question paper and have to solve the questions by doing all the steps.

This is graduation level maths. My Degree is a Bachelors in Computer Applications (well, was).

Well, as you are nearing bachelor degree, I assume you have brains. You do something IT related, so you are aware of NOT/OR/AND concept. So skip set (i.e. UNIT I). I assume you know what functions are, exponential etc. So skip that as well.

Differentiating is very easy, but you have to study it. Learn the rules, and you should be fine. Extremum of a function, euler etc. It's just the same. LEarn it and you will be fine.

Unit III might be a pain. You will have to study that. There is no way you can know it by gut feeling. Learn the equations for the 2D things. Ellips etc. Then learn to integrate, it's just the opposite of differentiating. Once you master both, you will be able to calculate surfaces and volumes. 2 days is short, but manageable. I've learned 1000page economic courses in 2 days. Study hard, eat well, drink well, sleep well (8h). Never give up sleep when studying. Skip details when you can't figure it out. Study efficient. Try to keep the big picture in front of you. Study everything good from the first time. Every 2 or 3 chapters, go back to revise the previous chapters quickly and then continue. At the end of a study day or before a long break, do a thorough repetition and then relax your brain. Trust your brain to process the data. Nothing more you can do mate. Keep calm, but go fast.

Okay... this is crap. I've forgotten integration and differentiation and I don't think I can waste any time doing that. My only hope is in covering the first two chapters thoroughly. And maybe learning some formulae for unit 3,4.

But Coordinate Geometry has way too many formulae to remember. Damn it, I'm still left with only doing chapter 1,2 both of which I haven't touched in ages...

I'd really go for differentiation and integration. Once you know the few rules, it's really easy. Compared to coordinate geometry, that's basically 100% formulae and no insight whatsoever...

Do you know of any good site for integration and differentiation?

wolphram alpha might help you to solve examples. The rules etc are all on wikipedia, clearly explained.
