Just placing the servers in Paris alone is one of the dumbest mistakes ever (Wanadon't and Tiscrapli as your uplinks is not good for anyone outside France).

Pretty sure you either just log right in with the account you have the game on or it's on their BNet site under your account settings, probably the former.
(Don't quite remember how it was with Starcraft 2 but Diablo 3 does things a bit different also.)
Just login with the account you have the game on. It was like that with Cataclysm, I bought it from their store and just logged in at midnight(was more like 1 am cause the servers got raped )
