Pretty short but fun demo. It is def not a brainless button masher and your pawns are actually quite useful.

The game suffers from screen tearing though and i noticed it has black wide screen bars?

Holy shit this game is awesome !! Surprised Im lovin it..shaping up to be really good and fun action / RPG. That grab option is so great.. Very Happy

Did you guys tried both quests ? Loved countryside quest more.. Smile

Nice usage of MT Framework , and yeah I noticed small tearing too and wtf with those black bars.. Pawns can be hilarious sometimes , like jumping around trying to kill those birds.. Laughing

I hope they get rid of that tearing in the final version..

The feeling I had when I grabbed on to that griffin and rammed it from the sky straight to the ground.... So Much Win

May can't come soon enough!

I do miss a lock on option like Dark Souls, without one everything seems so chaotic at times. Very Happy

That grappling thing is what Skyrim needed for those dragon fights, having the dragons drop down so you can hit them felt pretty off.

25 May... Sad a whole month left to go! Crying or Very sad

Is there anyway to ditch those annoying pawns and face off the enemies, alone? It got way too chaotic with the pawns.

What's with all the technical issues? Poor ass frame rate, screen tearing, ugly textures in the Prologue quest, black bars etc? This clearly needs to be on PC.

Did have high hopes for this game and demo didn't disappointed.

Somehow the fights just feel epic. When you grab on these big monsters and climb on them or my mage put the griffon on fire and it went down like a meteor. Very Happy

I agree a lock on function would be nice and it can be quite hectic, but that's why it kinda fells like a real battle.

@Shawn_Hunter I don't think you can play without the pawns, it being a core thing of the game. But I'm not sure.

Really liked the demo. Does feel a bit hectic for me though, maybe it's just that we are thrown right in to a biggish battle from the start. Would have loved the griffon to have taken off when i grabbed it, that would be awesome stabbing and hanging on Very Happy

it does! it did for me anywho. a couple times during the fight, was cuttin the crap out of it while it was going decently high up, would get torched by a pawn then crash-land hard

Yeah it also seems your pawns can launch you into the air.
Only worked for me once, though. You need to get the timing right I guess.

I just found out about this game last night while browsing PSN. I d/l'd the demo and was very impressed. I can't wait to give the full game a run.

On a side note, I do hope this comes to PC. I'd be all over it again easily.
