Login to your Battle.net account, goto games, and there will be Download game button on your Diablo 3 page in account management.

I didnt' purchase it from Blizzard, so it's not on my account page.
I'm in the US so I'll hold out for that link instead. Thanks though!

I hope they fix the performance issues. In some areas you get 60fps and in some others it drops to 30.
How do the fps sliders exactly work?

Nope you don't need dvd to install it, just download installer from blizzards servers, it is same thing 1:1 retail copy, you need to download day 1 patch anyway. You can install game at may 14 8am PDT, you can even start game without buying the game itself, but you can not log in with your account if you do not have cdkey attached to your account.

I'm going to assume it drops to 30 during huge fights where spells are PHYSXally damaging the environment.
Turn physx down or off and see if it drops.....

It´s like some areas are locked to 30fps or something. I tried the game with a 680 and a 7970, it´s not a highware issue.

 Happened to me randomly and that's on a 570. |
sounds like vsync adjusting the FPS to 30 if it can't hold 60.
triple buffering enabled?

Guys I was checking out the passive skills system and started thinking about it, as I understood it, its not a permanent choice meaning you'll be able to swap passive skills like you do active with an x-ammount of cooldown before the new passive takes effect.
While im glad about this, as it means you can try out all the passives you cant help but wounder if people will be swapping passives right before a boss fight or a cave with a particularely tough boss. Maybe thats the whole idea, still it seems to break some of the rythm of constant action if people in your co-op group need to change the skills before every fight, especially on the harder difficulties.

It wasn't vsync causing it, disabling vsync didn't improve the framerate. Like I said; it was random and it WAS NOT MY MACHINE. That, felt like that needed to be reiterated. Again.

yeah, but you lose the buff you get for increased MF each time you swap skills.

There is +mf buff at inferno level of difficulty which will encourage you to stick with one set of skills for that boss/champions run. more info here: http://us.battle.net/d3/en/forum/topic/4241234476

Trolldeg wrote: | LOL. I just figured out by playing with the Talent builder that you can pick any ability in any of the skill slots. Too bad I didnt know this in the beta. :p |
yeah you gotta turn on elective mode in the options then you can switch skill categories when assigning skills. on default you are stuck to 1 specific category for each skill slot.
lots of people miss it and think the system just sucks because it's limiting them :-)
