I have not seen any footage or read any previews on this. The only thing I know was the announcement about this being focused on X-sports... stuff. Not sure what to make of this yet, the Gymkhana stuff was not my coup of tea so if this is more of that I'll give this a skip.
The only thing I loved in previews DiRT titles were the rally type stuff. The other races were fun and some of those X-sports stuff were casually entertaining, but they were not the central focus of those games, for me at least.
Oh well, I still haven't finished DiRT 3 or 2 for that matter... |
Not in this one , only destruction derby races ..
Finished the demo and I didn't liked it , nice gfx as always but no substance even if I wanted to play this type of game..everything feels average , nothing thrilling to keep you going. Only one stage in the demo tho so I can't judge everything..and again I personally don't like where are they going with this one.. |

i'm surprised, wasn't it supposed to be out on PC first and postponed on consoles ? And I thought there wasn't any piracy on console O_o

Might grab this if it's small, thought it was another rally, but it's more destruction derby type of thing.

yep i'm actually enjoying this also, i like the destruction derby events and they made the end Hoonigan events easier control wise than dirt 3 gymkhana events. Overall not bad and glad they split the franchies, maybe we get a proper rally game in Dirt 4 with more that 5 min events!
