If you're playing on Cadet or Marksman, then sure. On Sniper Elite you won't survive a second in later levels if you're not careful. There are snipers everywhere and the AI can shoot you with a PPSH like with a sniper rifle  |
I was playing on sniper elite difficulty, and its like a cod, over rails everytime, dont let you make choices 
Remember me to the sensation when playing for the first time Splinter Cell Conviction, its a good game, but its not a splinter cell; same with this, its not a bad game, but isnt and old school game, its a console based game.

Serious.. I did the DLC.. and i don't know if the shot is scripted or not.. but i managed to make a testicular shot (if that name exists).. and it's two balls.
So... it's historically inaccurate

yea testicle shots are hilarious, the first time i did one it kinda freaked me out since both testicles exploded after the bullet passing through, feels painful man...

Fucking game won't run full-screen for me. Monitor tells me it's an invalid mode. Usually it's because they're forcing either 70 or for some reason it's trying to run at 59.99999hz or something stupid. Which I usually fix with riva tuner to force it to 60hz. Not working for this one. Only thing I can do is alt-enter to run it windowed.
