Just bought it and got it activated with the vpn Neon posted, thanks men.
For those who bought it and wanna activate it through vpn, after activate it and closed the vpn, go to the install directory Steam\SteamApps\common\sniper elite v2 and create a .txt called steam_appid with the next number inside 63380 and to launch the game until may 4 use the .exe on the Steam\SteamApps\common\sniper elite v2\bin folder.

They definitely open up. There are some very nice large maps in this game.
I especially love the fact that there are a few of "sniper duels". You're under fire of 5+ extremely good (at least on Sniper Elite difficulty) snipers, that can kill you in 2 shots. So if you're not careful and you let 2 of them fire at you at once, you're dead.  |

Played for a while (3 maps)
good game in overall.. if you liked the first sniper elite you will like this one.
AI is still kinda dumb.. but better (or it seems) than the demo
