Hahaha, when the US folk start playing 9 hours later I will already have finished at least normal difficulty... and shamelessly spoiler everything!

Cata launch was with no issues, and there's way more traffic (in size not people) going into WoW than it will be for d3.

I expect a smooth launch more or less (maybe a few random login issues here and there but nothing that would last hours), but why even waste time speculating on something so trivial. Even if you can't login for an hour on day1 you'll forget it by next day.

looking at that g2 arena offer more closely, its not a collecters edition, they just made their own sort of edition out of a normal edition hehe

60 euro is too much or there's so much content that makes it a fair price?..

It was on Amazon for £27, but they've put the price up to £33 now and it will undoubtedly continue to rise up until release, where it will be closer to Blizzard's price I reckon.

Man, I paid 55 DM (~ 28 Euro) for the imported english version of Diablo 2. Now they want 60 Euro for #3. They are really milking us and everybody is going to pay. Gonna have a look around for a cheaper price at the time of release.

30 euros 12 years ago and you think they're milking you?
sure, over these 12 years inflation rate is roughly 30%, so they're charging 20 bucks over, so what, they can.

It was a comparision. Back then the price was fair. C&C 3 did cost 90 DM for example. Average price for a new game was 60 - 70 DM.
60 Euro is just a bit too much when the "normal" price for a new game is ~50 Euro, which I think is also too much. Well, they have the right to do so and games like CoD have proven that it's not hindering the success. I also know that I'll be buying a quality game with good support for a longer period, so I more or less gladly give them a few extra bucks.

yes, normal price was about 70dm for a pc game, some were about 120 dm (but only a few, remember paying 120dm for fifa international soccer, aww man good times), console games (n64) were about 150-170dm.
b2t: have no problem with paying 50-55euros for a boxed version, its quite normal. sure ~40euros would be better, but its a game i will play for more than thousand hours (will take some years but i will definately do that). sp games which only last 6 hours are a rip off sure, but not these mp games

nobody forces you to buy it for 60 euro, i`m sure there are shops offering lower prices for box and even lower for key. in poland sugessted blizz price is ~200 and you can easily buy key-only for around 150 and box for 165 with key send to you at may 14 so you can play from the start (best option imo).

I'll see if I can hook you up with one Pumpy. Would a US key still work for you, though?

I guess it would work of course, but that'd be too generous mate
