Underworld Awakening 8/10 - Better than I expected, and way better than the last one. Smile

Sherlock Holmes 6/10 - Not as good as the previous one and the movie felt very messy.

given those people watched it in a movie theatre and not a god-awful cam there might be a reason for the not terrible reviews (its a total sfx movie). if I remember correctly thudo lives in canada and must have watched the unwatchable cam that is going around.

Its watchable, dumb-nuts Very Happy You just have to fight sometimes, in life, for your F-R-E-E entertainment. Anyway, 8.5 is a decent review and could have been lower I suppose if I paid $40 with a GF and fight crowds, smelly lugan teenies, and smartphone jib jabbers but since I watched it this way it was instant fun. Deal with it.. it works and I don't need the absolute full experience to know the movie now.

no but you can wait 2 or 3 months like the rest of us to dl the bluray Wink

I don't see the point of watching something that looks like a 20 year old chewed up VHS tape only to watch something a bit sooner

Because its.. functional and I can discuss it among my peers even lying to them that I saw it in the theater. Its all good and sustainable in the long run (save $40+ with GF and popcorn/drinks). I don't need to be in the theater to appreciate a good flick even if its a crappy cam but I know this: be as frick'n busy with RL/career as me at my age then tell me its remotely sustainable to see every new movie that comes out every other week? Exactly.. hence why this model is far more sustainable while keeping up with the coffee sipping crowd. I can even quickly go back to parts and re-watch as in the theater you see it run once with no rewind. But I can.. indefinitely.. Har har..

So I suppose I have a real HIGH tolerance for cams as, in the long run, I still get to say I've seen it while not "debting myself". Wink Best yep the BDRip comes month later.. life is good.

Just been to battleship. It was fuckina mind blowing !!!

Even if there would be no plot(which was ok. Nothing A or B but better than i expeced)
I would still love this movie.
It was stupid and americanish but in a good and selfawarness way. Even one-liners were good.

But dear god. Effects are mind boggling and sound too.

Yes there is rihanna but she was suprisingly tolerable and not much screen time. But the other girl in the movie was crazy hot.

Ive been in the cinema with some friends and they were in awe like me.
I am going to the cinema again this weekend but this time with my dad. He loves special effects and alien movies.
8+/10

All of it. All the MBAYS.
Actually, in M.Bay movies there is plenty of cool cgi but its all so fast and detailed that its hard to enjoy. Like in those stupid Transformers 2 and 3 movies which were overpacked with stupid cgi which was just hard to focus on.
here camera doesn't shake so much and cgi is easier to focus on.

F all of You. F You all. Why does everyone on this boards want to be so cool and pro by not enjoying mainstream stuff ever just by definition.
Whenever I like anything that is mainstream, I get laughed at.
Don't worry people. its not a crime or shame to have some fun and enjoyment from a movie or game. Don't need to be so hardcore Wink

yeah I know I get excited WAAAAY too much over things, but thats how I do when I like something Laughing Sorry bout that Razz
